Ingredients · one cocktail

  • 35ml vodka
  • 25ml Midori
  • 25ml cloudy apple juice
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 5ml sugar syrup
How to make & garnish

Method: Shake and fine strain into a coupe.

Garnish: Rosemary sprig and a gold sugar rim.

Frosty’s Nightcap

White chocolate · vanilla · coconut

Rich, indulgent and dessert-like. Perfect as an after-dinner drink.

Ingredients · one cocktail

  • 35ml vanilla vodka
  • 25ml white chocolate liqueur
  • 25ml coconut cream
  • 20ml milk
How to make & garnish

Method: Shake hard with ice and fine strain.

Garnish: Coconut snow rim, toasted marshmallow and cocktail cherries.

Santa Baby

Raspberry · cranberry · citrus

A festive berry sour that balances sweetness with sharp citrus.

Ingredients · one cocktail

  • 40ml gin
  • 25ml cranberry juice
  • 20ml raspberry syrup
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 15ml aquafaba or cocktail foamer
How to make & garnish

Method: Shake without ice, then shake with ice and fine strain.

Garnish: White foam top with raspberries and mint.
